A depostit of
£60 per week must be paid at the time of booking
with the balance due no later than 2 months before the start date.
In the event of cancellation prior to the balance being paid the deposit is forfeited if the property is not re-let.
In the event of cancellation within 2 months of the start date after the balance has been paid the whole amount is forfeited.
